Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Cybersecurity Governance
Risk and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a small team to enhance and maintain the organization's
Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) posture
Execute and monitor risk management strategies to ensure alignment
with organizational goals
Oversee the Cyber Risk Register, manage compliance testing, and
identify systemic compliance gaps
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience and 3 years of leadership
in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
Experience with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITRUST, and
SOX
Knowledge of risk management principles and control standards for
risk reduction
Experience working with external auditors for evidence
collection
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Security/Cybersecurity
or related field
