Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Mobility Partner to support
its global mobility program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and management of the Global Mobility center of
excellence
Coordinate and manage international assignments, relocations, and
transfers for employees
Develop and update global mobility policies and procedures to align
with business needs
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in global mobility or international HR
Strong knowledge of immigration, tax, and compliance issues related
to global assignments
High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness
Certification in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CIPD, CEBS)
preferred
Familiarity with tax equalization and international compensation
models preferred
