Job Title: Digital Product Info Systems Co-Op\rScope:\rThis position will support three channels of work:\r

• New Product Introduction (NPI)\r\r

  • Product Life Cycle Management (LCM)\r\r

    • Internal DPI Process Improvement.\r\rThis position will support Johnson & Johnson Vision, based out of:\r1. Surgical Vision (Irvine, CA)\r\rSECTION 1: JOB POSITION SUMMARY\rThis co-op position will seek to challenge an aspiring engineer who is passionate about the Healthcare industry. Selected candidate(s) will gain a working knowledge of healthcare Digital Product Information systems and tools, amongst other topics. Candidates with critical thinking, problem solving, and enthusiastic mindsets are preferred.SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\rIncumbent will develop and will provide analytical, planning and project management support for selected US and international regulatory and customer contractual compliance projects related to UDI/GDSN/e-IFUs/e-PILs.\rMain areas of responsibility:\r
      • \r
      • Supporting and leading project deliverables delegated to co-op from DPI team leads.\r\r
        • \r
        • Support assessment of system capabilities and collaborate with IT on data modeling, system innovation and implementation to achieve timely compliance and scalable solutions for future regulations.\r\r
          • \r
          • Perform data, technology, and business activities that drive UDI compliance to Global regulation.\r\r
            • \r
            • Collaborate with new product teams to meet Digital Product Information related requirements.\r\r
              • \r
              • Conduct data analyses, reporting and processing through multiple systems.\r\r
                • \r
                • Work cross functionally to develop new processes and SOPs and train key personnel on them.\r\r
                  • \r
                  • Enhancement of soft skills and hard skills to drive towards mastering of the above functions and responsibilities.\r\r
                    • \r
                    • End of co-op presentation portraying portfolio of work outcomes.\r\r\r
