Job overview:
The Customer Service Representative, on average, can handle 30-50
calls per day, and complete multiple follow-up tasks - all in
support of our agency owners, support staff and customers. Call
types vary greatly from call to call, but some common types of
inquiries include complex billing questions, navigation of policies
and procedures, support of internal and customer technology
systems, and support of new projects and initiatives. Customer
Service Representatives will need to be comfortable with working
independently, navigating multiple screens and systems and
navigating online content in order to answer questions, both
independently and collaborative, and provide guidance.
Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
Previous customer service experience
Investigation/Problem Solving Skills
Excellent Verbal/Written/Telephone Communication Skills
Proficient PC Skills

Typing Skills
